Toozik had a short but quite successful career as a show dog. He attained his
championship title after eight shows at the age of seven month and ten days. On the
way to his title, he collected five major wins. Toozik had been specialed by the owner
for several months. Over this period he won two dozen BOVs and a couple of group
placements. He was an AKC/Eukanuba National Championship invitee in 2005.
Toozik enjoys great success in the performance ring as well. Currently, he is
competing in Obedience and Rally and has been ranked in the top ten in both venues in
2005-2007. Toozik has also attained his Tracking title. Now he is being trained for
advanced levels of Tracking and Utility level of Obedience . And finally, Toozik has
passed a Therapy Dog International test and will visit patients at the Clinical Center of
the National Institutes of Health soon.
